What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and order details. Our payment processor collects your card details; we never receive your full card number.

Information collected automatically. As you browse, we collect device and browser information, IP address, time zone, pages visited, products viewed and how you arrived on the site, through cookies, log files and similar technologies.

Information you choose to share. If you subscribe to our newsletter, leave a review or write to customer service, we keep those exchanges so we can reply and follow up.

Why we use it

To process, pack, ship and confirm your order; to answer questions and handle returns and refunds; to detect fraud and protect the security of the site; to improve our store, our selection and our service; to send you marketing emails, only if you've asked for them; and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers directly needed to fulfil your order or run the site: Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf; our payment processors, who handle card data and the transaction; Australia Post and our warehouse, who need your name and address to deliver your order; and our email and analytics providers, who help us track your order and understand how the site is used. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them to make the cart work, remember your preferences, measure use of the site and make our advertising more relevant. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, including the cart and checkout, may stop working properly.

How long we keep it

We keep your order data as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any return and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us at any time for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date, ask us to delete information we're not required to keep, and withdraw your consent to marketing emails. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

International transfers

Senft Media LTD is registered in Cyprus, and some of our providers are located outside Australia. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Wherever it's held, it stays protected under the principles described in this policy.

Security

We encrypt the entire site with SSL and work only with PCI DSS certified payment processors. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for an adult audience. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
