These Terms of Service govern your use of elliotsway.com and any order you place with us. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them. Last updated: 19 September 2026.

Who operates this site

Elliot's Way is a brand operated by Senft Media LTD, Charilaou Xylophorou 13, 4103 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus, registered under number HE 483732. In these terms, "we" means Senft Media LTD.

Using this site

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access to it, and not to copy, scrape or resell it without our written consent.

Products and descriptions

We describe each item as accurately as we can: fabric, fit, measurements. Colours can vary slightly from one screen to another, so a small difference between the photo and the item you receive is possible. Products are offered subject to availability and we may change or withdraw an item at any time.

Prices and orders

All prices are in Australian dollars, with no hidden costs; shipping is free on every order. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error, limit the quantity of an item, or refuse or cancel an order. An order cancelled after payment is refunded in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm your order has shipped.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment terms and checkout security are set out in our Payment Policy.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 3 to 10 business days, within Australia only. Full conditions are in our Shipping Policy. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The conditions, who pays return shipping and the refund timeframe are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you think someone else has used it.

Intellectual property

The Elliot's Way name, logo, product photos, descriptions and the design of this site are ours or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Reviews and submitted content

If you send us a review, a comment or a photo, you give us permission to publish and use it. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. You remain responsible for what you send.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Errors on this site

Occasionally there may be information on this site containing a typographical error or an inaccuracy relating to price, description or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, where Senft Media LTD is registered, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections you have as an Australian resident, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
